These trials are for our competitive, national league teams.
Beginners will be accepted in a separate process from June.
£20 fee covers both trial dates.
Any player wishing to attend must have completed this form prior.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
Trials are closed for spectators.
Only players & coaching staff can enter the sports hall.
